Homedics Spa Revitalising Facial Spa

The January sales are the best time to pick up a great bargain and I  was lucky enough to find this facial spa in the Boots’ half price sale.  I’d never used one before so I was excited to give it a go.

The facial spa is essentially a steamer and kind of looks like a blender.  There are two parts to it, one to add the water and the mask bit.  The water takes 10 minutes or so to become steam.  The steam level can be adjusted.

The first thing that I noticed when I used it was how clearly I could breathe.  The steam clears the airways so this is an absolute gem for colds or sinus.  It is fantastic.  I did think that I’d feel uncomfortable, hot and sweaty using it but I didn’t at all.  I felt relaxed actually and quite calm.  It was lovely.

The spa opens pores and allows for deep cleansing.  It stimulates blood circulation and it brings oxygen and nutrients to the surface of the skin.  My skin is really soft after just a few minutes.  It really is great  I’m going to use green tea the next time.

The spa cost €21 in the sale.  It is worth every cent and I can’t recommend it enough.
